My exciting month is coming to an end so it’s time to share my favorites. As we say goodbye to September we are also leaving behind summer. It is officially fall and I couldn’t be happier. Fall is not only a season but a feeling for me. Yep, I’m that crazy pumpkin spice kinda girl!

- My first favorite was a staple of mine in Ireland. The cold wet weather was no match for this jacket. I bought mine off Amazon a few days before we left. Thank goodness the sizing was correct because there was no time for me to return it.
The OutdoorMaster Women’s Fleece Jacket is waterproof and stain resistant. I never once got wet even in the Ireland rain. The inside is also super plush and fuzzy to the point I was taking it off during hikes. The other feature I was looking for that this jacket provided was zip up pockets. During our day trips we didn’t want to carry a million things. I could put my camera in my pocket and zip it up so I didn’t have to worry about dropping it. You can get yours here:
- The next favorite is this pretty lap desk. I am so in love with the color. Mint green is my go to lately.
Jeremy spoiled me rotten for my birthday by not only making Ireland a reality for me but by upping my blogging game with a new laptop. I like to spend my time on the couch downstairs because of it’s comfy atmosphere but I didn’t want to overheat my laptop when doing so. Jeremy suggested I hope on Amazon and get a lap desk. Amazon Prime will be the death of my budget for real guys. I got packages every other day last week. The struggle is real.
This beauty is not only good for large laptops but would fit a mouse with a smaller laptop as well. I also saw people using these for their adult coloring books or writing. The surface is smooth and my laptop grips it well so that it’s not sliding into my lap. They come in other colors as well. Here’s where I purchased mine:
- You all knew this one was coming because I warned you in an earlier post: Starbucks Anniversary Blend.
This coffee comes out every year at the beginning of September and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. This year it took me until the end of the month but I still got some! This is a dark roast that has been aged so it loses acidity and gains flavor. This is a fall only coffee so get it while you can. Now that you can only buy Starbucks at Starbucks and not online you really have to get to it first! This beauty will always be my favorite!
*Also, side note. The Maple Pecan latte is bomb. I love it! Not super sweet and full of flavor. Get yours!
- Another food item that has had my attention the whole month of September is Chobani Flip.
These individual portioned yogurts and their addons have me eating yogurt like a pro. They may be a little higher in sugar than I’d like ranging usually from 14g – 19g but I don’t let that take away from all the rest of the goodness. The protein count helps out with 12g per cup an there is never an end to the flavors available.
You may be thinking, big deal, you’re eating yogurt. Let me correct you. I could not stand greek yogurt when I first tried it. The sour, thick mess was not my thing. I remember dumping a ton of berries in one once to get myself to eat it and regretted “ruining my berries. I started with Light and Fit Greek and moved into Chobani and can honestly say I enjoy it now. Baby steps to good health are just as good. It’s progress over perfection people!
- The last favorite of this month is a deep green color that I choose for Ireland. I’m always a fan of Essie and this one didn’t disappoint.
This color is called ‘Off Tropic” and you can find yours here:
We spent almost two weeks away and it held up the entire time. This will be a fall staple of mine and could even carry over into Christmas time. This green is such a versatile color and I love green so win/win.
What’s a new favorite of yours this month? Leave it in the comments below and I will try it out and it may become a new favorite of mine too.
