1500 minutes. That’s 25 hours in 31 days…
1500 Minutes/4weeks = 375/6 = 62.5 minutes for six days a week
Sounds tough when it’s broken down like that right? Wrong!!! The weather is getting nicer, summer will be here before we know it and you can do this!!!
The best part? This doesn’t mean you have to be running a marathon or lifting weights for three hours a day. Walking counts, gardening counts and yes of course your weight lifting or running still counts.
So from May 1st – May 31st I want you to move. If you would like to join this challenge email me @ firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you the excel sheet by May 1st so that you can fill it in as you go.
